ABOUT US
We here at Monarch Munchies are dedicated to supporting the declining Monarch Butterfly population. Our goal is to distribute 200 FREE local Native Narrow-leaved Milkweed potted plants at the Sunset Farmer’s Market in Oceanside on April 27th. By distributing these plants, we hope to empower local communities to take action and help support the Monarch Butterfly population. We believe that even small actions can have a big impact, and we invite you to join us in our efforts to protect these important pollinators.

MISSION STATEMENT
Our mission is to increase awareness and encourage action to preserve these beautiful creatures, whose migration patterns have been threatened by habitat loss and climate change. Our event aims to provide an easy way for individuals to make a difference by planting Native Narrow-leaved Milkweed, the sole food source for Monarch caterpillars, in their own backyards.
